A learning situation is simply a condition that requires resolution through learning new information, improving skills or training for a new vocation. The challenge that many people make assumptions about what kind of education they need instead of basing their path on their life preferences.

Nevertheless, it's very possible to clearly identify your unique situation using self awareness techniques, assessment of traits and career planning tools.


The key traits are personality, perceptual filters and learning styles. It's critical that you become familiar with the these factors in order to correctly identify your educational needs.
